A LOOK BEHIND THE SCENES: 2016 NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

For this year's WFWP USA National Assembly we have been shaking things up! Teaming up with local New Jersey Chairwoman, Denneze Nelson, we have been pioneering new ideas and ways of getting things done.

A primary example of this is the expansion of our planning team from just our National Headquarters, to our community chairwomen all across the country. This year there are seven different planning committees covering various portions of the program, and each chairwoman decided which portion they were most passionate about contributing to. This way the Assembly has the spice and flavor of all of our awesome communities, and has the makings of a 'National' Assembly that we can all be proud of.

Several innovative portions of the program this year include:

  • The Schools of Africa Gala Fundraiser, with talk of a fashion show, cultural music from Japan and Africa, words from founding members, a silent auction, and more.

  • The Bridge of Peace ceremony in honor of Veteran's Day, addressing the current wounds of America and of service men and women.

  • A Strengthening of Marriage Blessing Celebration

  • Highlights of 2016 service projects conducted in WFWP chapters all across the country.

  • Program sponsorship options for those topnotch supporters of WFWP. You can request a copy of the newly made 18-page portfolio at info@wfwp.us.

Curious to know what you’ll hear from this year’s amazing and powerful speakers? Here are a few of the confirmed speakers so far:
