SEVEN STEPS TO HARMONY

On August 21st, a hot sunny Las Vegas Sunday afternoon, 24 people gathered to hear Ms. Karen Ryce present "Seven Steps to Harmony." She is a certified teacher of the Nevada Registry and shared her method and experience of teaching Montessori to parents and teachers on the subject of "how to raise children in an atmosphere of mutual respect."

Among the group were three ladies, who work in Montessori, In-Home, and New Horizon Preschools. They were given 2 hours of childcare training credit for participating in the Ms. Ryce’s program. The following is the website: http://www.nevadaregistry.org/.

After chatting for a while and with our tasty snacks in tow, we sat down to learn about "Positive Respect in Action." We each tried out some of the steps we had just learned with a partner and found that two hours had gone by quickly.
