Impacting the lives of students in Africa: The Sun of Mozambique Secondary School thanks WFWP-USA donor for support

WFWP USA has been a proud supporter of the Schools of Africa Project for 20 years, with the help of generous donor contributions, and the project currently provides quality education for students in eight African nations, including Mozambique.

The Sun of Mozambique Secondary School (founded 1995) offers quality education at a low fee. In addition to this, the school also provides scholarship programs to deserving students, and a library and computer lab facilities. The school has earned a worthy reputation, impacting the lives of over 12,000 graduates, many of which have gone to attend university. We would like to share with you a letter of appreciation from the school, and extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who offered donations and made this possible.

To WFWP-USA,

This letter is to acknowledge that we received 1,000 USD on December 23, 2020. We appreciate your donation for our school from the bottom of our hearts.

Letter of Thanks 2021 b.jpg

Thanks to your support, the Sun of Mozambique Junior & Senior High School with 530 students, 40 teachers and 14 school staff in this school year, was able to set up a good educational environment in spite of the Covid 19. [This was accomplished] through tiling of the school passage, that was very slippery when it rained, and through iron nets installation as an alternative to a school enclosure broken by two large cyclones...

Sincerely yours,

Akiko Hozan,
Administrator
