Empowering You Now is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that empowers individuals and organizations to identify and overcome obstacles that interfere with their success and growth, allowing them to achieve their greatest potential. They provide transformational workshops and one-on-one accountability coaching to support your personal or professional goals.
Empowering You Now workshops are educational, inspiring, and interactive. Participants are guided to identify self-defeating beliefs that are holding them back, and discover how their mindset matters. The provided strategies and tools unlock key life skills that lead to success. A variety of workshop topics are available, including Conflict Resolution, Understanding Codependency, Managing Your Emotions, and more.

Meet the FounderS
Carolyn Robinson has committed her life towards serving others. She is a multifaceted individual with 20+ years of experience working with individuals and families as a Certified Life Coach, Motivational Speaker and a Certified Addiction Counselor, including facilitating a Codependency support group for women over the last 15 years at Jubilee Christian Center. She has also spent 15+ years working as a Health and Education Instructor for Milpitas Adult Education in Santa Clara County where she taught life skills to the inmates.
This passion for helping people overcome barriers and accomplish their personal and professional goals is what drives her to continually add value to others’ lives while at the same time distinguishing her for her great service. Three of her former students (inmates) are now productive citizens within their community which is testament to her dedication, determination and tenacity.
Carolyn recently received her Anger Management credentials and went ahead to conduct the first Anger Management class ever taught in corrections. She is also the founder of Empowering You Now, a non-profit organization that promotes education and life coaching services through targeted workshops in collaboration with Kingdom Family Resources (KFR).
Carolyn has worked alongside her husband, Dave Robinson, for over 40 years. Together, they bring a wide variety of experience and expertise to their presentations.
