You're Invited To Our Christmas Cookie Class!
It's hard to believe, but the holiday season is upon us. Christmas is only a few weeks away!
Many things will be different this season, but Christmas cookies have never been cancelled.
WFWP will be hosting an intimate class with baking instructor Yuri Kyung in the weeks leading up to Christmas. This class will be held via Zoom in Korean and English.
In this class we'll make extremely easy and fun recipes that the whole family will love: Rudolph chocolate chip cookies and s’more cookies.
Please have your ingredients ready and your oven warmed up.
Ingredients to prepare in advance:
salt-free butter 240g
sugar 240g
salt 5g
soft flour 480g
baking soda 5g
baking powder 5g
cocoa powder 48g
chocolate chip 100g
egg 150g
Decoration: pretzel snack, white chocolate compound, m&m’s chocolate,
dark chocolate pen, marshmallow
*Put butter at room temperature at least 2 hours in advance.
*Freeze marshmallows in advance.
KEY REMINDERS
The entire program will be held via Zoom in Korean with English translation.
We encourage you to have your video screen ON during the entire program.
Ensure that your computer is well charged and the Wi-Fi connection is stable.
