Carolyn Sampson’s life is a testament to dedication, resilience, and service. Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, she is a proud mother of three and grandmother of six. A true "Woman of Action," Carolyn has devoted her life to human service, intellectual growth, and leadership—supporting numerous organizations and businesses that share her commitment to excellence.
As the CEO of ALL2Gether Solutions LLC, Carolyn has been a solopreneur since 1980, navigating challenges with determination. Her guiding philosophy—"Decide to Decide" and "Do Her Can Do"—has fueled her journey, and decades later, she remains as passionate as ever, always eager to share, collaborate, network, and learn from others.
A lifelong learner, Carolyn studied at Saint Augustine's College, North Carolina State University, and the State University of New York at Albany, specializing in sociology and social work. She has received extensive training in various fields and has been honored with multiple awards for her dedication and service.
On January 13, 2018, Carolyn received the HERSTORY Award from WFWP USA President Angelika Selle and Vice President Juanita Pierre-Louis. The award recognized her courage, character, leadership, and unwavering commitment to peace and service, celebrating her dedication to "living a life for the sake of others" and "keeping God’s dream alive" through her work. As WFWP USA Chairwoman of the North Carolina chapter, she continues to make a profound impact through her "Can Do" spirit.
In her role as president of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Task Force of Cary, Carolyn was recently honored on January 18, 2025, by Mayor Harold Weinbrecht, Jr., and the Cary Town Council. She was recognized as the originator of the annual MLK, Jr. Dreamfest, a powerful commemoration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s work and vision. Established in 1995 and brought to the Town of Cary in partnership in 1998, Dreamfest remains a lasting tribute to Dr. King’s legacy.
Carolyn’s passion lies in fostering community partnerships, promoting the beloved community, and facilitating educational, cultural, and international interfaith efforts. She remains dedicated to conflict resolution, peace advocacy, and reconciliation among all people, tirelessly working to make the world a better place—one action at a time.
