Dr. Madelene Clark-Alexander

 
 

Dr. Madelene Clark-Alexander was awarded June 25, 2022 for her exemplary work to counsel, empower, and uplift individuals and families in their mental health and wellness, based on her journey of overcoming unimaginable challenges. We applaud her service to women, children, families, and the community filled with love and compassion.

Reverend Dr. Madelene Clark-Alexander PhD.CC has been very active and successful in her life. As a preacher, teacher, and motivational speaker, she has always had the passion to serve others and that led her to obtain a Diploma Psychology from Ashworth College, her Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Human Services, Springfield College, followed by a Master’s Degree in Ministry and a Doctoral Degree in Christian Counseling, graduating Cum Laude, Andersonville Theological Seminary.

Remarkable is her service of 30 years, from which she officially retired 6/1/2019, holding various positions in the State of Delaware: She was a Senior Medical Social Work Consultant for the Division of Public Health, (Corporal) with the Department of Corrections and Advocate/Case manager for the Child Support Enforcement Dept.

She is also the Retired CEO and Founder of House of Judah Empowerment Outreach Ministries Inc.  She partnered with community agencies, facilitating group and individual counseling, and Mental Health Awareness workshops. She provided Bully Prevention and Tobacco Prevention workshops for the youth, feeding the homeless and disabled veterans, providing School supplies to underserved families, and holding Adopt-A-Family Holiday programs and Coat drives

She has served as Associate Pastor of Church of our Savior Presbyterian Church Wilmington, DE. where she also became the Co-Director of the Re-Entry program, overseeing and providing counseling and community resources to ex-offenders and their families. She also Implemented Virtuous Woman women’s ministry. 

The United Peace Federation (UPF)/American Clergy Leadership Conference (ACLC) appointed her Ambassador of Peace in 2008, 2018 she attended the International Leadership Conference in Korea, 2019 She attended the United Nation’s International family day, Signed the resolution for Korea Clergy Leadership Conference and was appointed State ACLC Representative for the state of Delaware. In 2020 she was spiritually matched to Rev. Kenneth Alexander in Seoul Korea, there to attend the World Summit. They were Blessed April 24, 2021, followed by a civil ceremony 6/3/2021.

She serves as a volunteer at the 765 Food Desert Project (Anderson, Indiana)

She is a Self-published author: Time Served (a collection of poetry)   

She continues learning, earning an accredited certificate as a Therapeutic Art Life Coach, a Mindfulness Practitioner (Diploma) and a Diploma for Mental Health and Wellness among other certificate courses.       

In her many accomplishments she favors being a True vessel of God, Dedicated Wife, Loving Mother and Grandmother.
