Tamy Doby
Tammy Doby is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Urban Minority Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Outreach Program (UMADAOP) of Franklin County, making history as the first African American woman to hold this role.
With 23 years in the healthcare industry, Tammy has led impactful local and statewide initiatives focused on improving access and care for underserved communities, along with extensive experience in quality improvement and healthcare administration.
Tammy is also the founder of *Shelling Peas*, an organization dedicated to providing resources and support for women and addressing issues that directly impact their lives.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Ohio State University with a minor in African American studies and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in project management from Ashland University.
