In a situation where meeting basic needs is a daily struggle, many experience hopelessness.

WFWP USA is excited to collaborate with our Global Friend “Stand Up To Poverty” on their Medical Mission Trip to Haiti (March 14-21, 2020) by sending our Vice President Rev. Juanita Pierre-Louis, as a WFWP USA volunteer.

Rev. Juanita will be involved in all activities in Haiti together with doctors, nurses and other volunteers, and contribute to the impact of this important mission.

To support the nation of Haiti and its people is very close to the heart of our President Angelika Selle. As you know WFWP USA supported several service projects in Haiti in the past organized by our dear sister Evelyne Drake, former WFWP chairwoman in Florida.

We are so grateful to have found a friend and partner in Astrid Fidelia, co-founder of “Stand Up To Poverty” to again empower the people in Haiti.

"With love, poverty will become history," says Astrid on her call to actions.
