COFFEE HOUSE EVENT

Sandi Altman Alquist, who has been teaching "A Course in Miracles" for close to 40 years, spoke to a group of 17 people at the Denver Family Church Coffee house. There were five guests, 14 women and three men. She spoke for one hour about her life and how she came to be in the possession of one of the first 12, original copies of "A Course in Miracles" and emphasized the need to let go of grudges through love and forgiveness.

Over refreshments, everyone enthustically conversed for 45 minutes to an hour. Sandi mingled, counseled and sold her two books, "Illumination, A Journey in the Light" and "Revelation, A Call to Awaken". Catherine Ichinohe designed a beautiful fall arrangement with Japanese flare for Sandi. She also accepted Father Moon’s autobiography graciously. Several days later the WFWP received two, separate thank you notes from her.

WFWP Denver women expressed much desire to change their lives through her presentation.
