HELPING HANDS

WFWP table at the fair

For the past three years, the Detroit chapter of WFWP has been helping out at the Groesbeck Independence Day Neighborhood Family Fair. The fair this year was on Saturday, June 28. It is a community fair put on by the Metro Detroit Family Church for the neighborhood around the church.

WFWP set up a table with display boards and information for anyone who came by. Those people who stopped to ask what we are about were impressed by all the things WFWP does throughout the world.

WFWP members wore the yellow T-shirts and performed for the audience. It was a good way to encourage families to have fun together outside in nature and to enjoy time in the great outdoors.
