HURRICANE RELIEF UPDATES
WFWP USA is now collaborating with the International Relief Friendship Foundation (IRFF) to provide disaster relief for Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria. Thanks to generous donors like you, and our "WFWP Girls" in Elizabeth New Jersey, we have already sent $818.26 to IRFF towards ongoing relief efforts. Thank you for sending your love, and showing that you care!
Today, the Director of International Relief Friendship Foundation, Dr. Kathy Winings expressed, “We just began our Puerto Rico outreach. There have been some supplies sent to the warehouse for it already. One load went in because we received a donation of the use of a plane for a drop. The need is tremendous in Puerto Rico at the moment. Of critical importance is financial support. Also, if anyone knows someone with a working boat who could donate its use for Puerto Rico, that would be a blessing. Expenses for the boat, such as gas, would be taken care of. That is the most effective way to help the surrounding islands that were hard hit by Irma and Maria - islands around Puerto Rico.”
