PRESIDENT'S CORNER
Dear friends,
"Women can do anything and resolve any problem with a Mother's Heart"!
These are words from our WFWP International President, Prof. Yeon Ah Moon, during a recent board meeting.
As we conclude this year with the holiday season, we wish everyone a most harmonious and happy time together with your family and loved ones. Of course, for some, when relationships are in disarray or filled with pain, the holiday season can be the most lonely and even miserable experience. But that is when we need that motherly heart of compassion to "turn lemons into lemonade." That heart can uplift our spirits even with a simple smile and word of acknowledgment and create an atmosphere of acceptance, love, understanding, harmony, and happiness, and bring healing and inner peace.

While reading through this extensive December newsletter we hope you will be able to feel that motherly, parental heart expressed in all of our WFWP USA activities.
And by the way, a motherly, loving, and parental heart is also present in our men -- our husbands, fathers, brothers, and sons. After all, didn't Jesus Christ and Mahatma Gandhi, men of peace and loving embrace, have a motherly and compassionate heart toward others?
Wishing you once again a beautiful experience in these holidays with your family and friends, as there will be many opportunities to show and put into practice a mother's heart of kindness, gentleness, generosity, patience, forbearance, forgiveness, and wisdom.
