Meet the Founder: Founder Terri Eileen Liggins has been a ghostwriter for 20 years. She specializes in autobiographies of ordinary people with extraordinary stories of victory over life’s setbacks, but her genre spans from books for motivational speakers, to blogs for a billion-dollar online retailer, to proposals to Federal agencies for million-dollar contracts.  As author of her own books, Terri understands the importance of book-coaching, which led her to create an in-person, 3-day intensive group space, helping authors complete their book’s basics in one weekend.

With undergrad studies in Journalism and Communications, an MBA, and a Master’s of Jurisprudence (MJ) degree in Health Law, Terri combines her business acumen with her passion for helping individuals regain their health as she did, when searching for healthy food alternatives following a heart attack at age 40 and a serious diagnosis of an autoimmune disease called sarcoidosis. In adopting a rawtarian lifestyle (eating raw plant-based foods), she gained victory over that 12-year long battle in just seven days!

Following the deaths of five of her close friends, in their 50’s, due to various cancers, one of Terri’s goals became to educate baby boomers—who are typically caregivers by default with little time to care for themselves—about the benefits of plant-based eating. She covers that, as well as US health care issues, at The Law & Raw Institute for Balanced Healthy Living.

Terri fulfills her passion for journaling by hosting journaling workshops called Writing Out The Storm in the US and abroad, to help others understand the benefits of this form of therapeutic writing. The workshops are designed to guide individuals to the highest dimension of health in spirit, mind, and body.

Terri is a single mother of two adult children: Her daughter is an actress and her son is a doctorate candidate in neuroscience.

Terri is one of the finest writers in the industry. She knows how to write in ‘your voice.’
— Les Brown, World-Renowned Motivational Speaker
Terri Liggins is among that group of writers who are not only extremely talented but whose professionalism and dedication stand out. Quality and devotion to work and clients are of the utmost importance to her, and without reservation, I would recommend Terri Liggins.
— Anthony Stanford, Writer, Columnist “In Other Words”
