Hi Mommas!
Hope you're doing well. We're getting into the holiday season, and no matter what you're celebrating this year, hope it comes with lots of fun and joy and not too much stress!
I wanted to share with you our next upcoming program for young mothers and mothers of young children. Especially during the holiday season, our kids' eyes can start getting really big seeing all the gifts, catalogues, and store displays and think a lot about what gifts they want to receive. However, receiving with gratitude and being thankful for what we already have is an important social and emotional skill for kids to develop. How can we start to foster a sense of gratitude in our children while they're young?
Join us on Wednesday, December 8 at 8:00 pm eastern for a special program "How To Teach Our Kids Gratitude" with Mrs. Elizabeth Deshotel. Mrs. Deshotel has been an educator for over two decades as a principal, teacher, mother, and grandmother. Hear from her wisdom and share and connect with other moms (grandmas and aunties also welcome!). Click below for more info and to RSVP, to receive the meeting link.
Date and time doesn't work? No worries, RSVP and we'll send the recording afterwards. Feel free to share with anyone interested; this program is free and open to the public.
See you soon!
