CSW61 ON THE HORIZON
WFWP USA would like to share with you several exciting upcoming festivities. The WFWP International UN office will be hosting a number of programs and events during this year's Commission on the Status of Women (CSW61), which will take place from March 13th to the 24th, 2017. All WFWP International related events will take place during the first week of the CSW61 in the New York City area. Below is an outline of the scheduled events. Registration and further details will be forthcoming.
The theme for this year's CSW61 is "Women's Economic Empowerment in the Changing World of Work." For highlights of CSW61 events, see the schedule in the Upcoming WFWP events section of the newsletter. In addition, there will be hundreds of free CSW parallel events open to the public. Those who wish to participate in the parallel events can register HERE by March 3rd.

Saturday: On March 18th we are looking to gather 15-40 young adults from the US to attend this intro to WFWP alongside WFWP International guests. The program will convene in Irvington, NY, and the cost is $30 per person which includes lunch. Our International President Yeon Ah Moon will be in attendance. Email info@wfwp.us for more details.
Sunday: March 19th will be a full day of educational tours, at $40 per person. Email info@wfwp.us for more details.

The "Meet and Greet" is a first of its kind event, and is WFWP Intl's gift to CSW. WFWP is offering this Meet and Greet networking and relaxation space to all 6,000 participants registered in the CSW Forum. Stop by for some treats, massage, and live streaming of CSW events!
