PRAYING FOR PEACE: INAUGURATION OF THE PRAYER IN ACTION FOR PEACE FELLOWSHIP
The Prayer in Action for Peace Fellowship had its inaugural national conference call on Monday, July 9. Participants from around the U.S. called in and were welcomed by Rev. Beryl Green. WFWP USA President Angelika Selle set the vision for the call stating: "For me, prayer is a lifeline to God. As we continue to work for God, we as women need to connect everything we do with God and be in tune with Him. [...] I hope that these conference calls can be a pulse for all of us to connect with each other and to connect with God and God's wishes at this moment as daughters of God."
She continued "I hope that this can be a point in time for changing ourselves and becoming truly the incarnation of Heavenly Mother, the heavenly divine spirit who will bring the peace and become the peace. I hope that this prayer will undergird all ... that Women's Federation is undertaking at this time. ... We are strategically placed in America to touch other women, to bring out the potential in young women, to be the mothers of the world, and to bring healing."
The Fellowship was started by Angelika Selle, Rev. Beryl Green, Dr. Gilda Price, and Rev. Shermaine and is the core of the new spiritual component of WFWP.
Women, mothers, young women, and daughters are welcome to participate in molding and shaping this prayer fellowship. Please contact Beryl Green or Denneze Nelson. Prayer calls are being held to take us through difficult moments in life, to save our families, and to courageously face our challenges as individuals and as an organization.
