Dr. Charlene Jenkins
Dr. Charlene Jenkins was awarded the HerStory Award at the National HerStory Award launch of the Global Women's Peace Network on February 26, 2022, for her exemplary commitment to uplifting and motivating thousands of people through the media to achieve their goals and become positive forces of change.
Dr. Charlene Jenkins, also known as LadyJ, is a native Baltimorean. She is a Motivational Speaker, Radio Talk Show/TV Host, Certified Life/Spiritual Coach, and professional vocalist. Dr. Jenkins received her Doctorate of Divinity in June 2021, and just recently completed Chaplaincy school. She is now a Licensed and Ordained Chaplain/Pastor.
Dr. Jenkins also serves as International Pastor for Koinonia Ministries in Kenya Africa. She is Owner/CEO of LadyJMedia Buddafly Entertainment, LLC, and owner/publisher of What Up Baltimore Magazine.
Dr. Jenkins is committed to using life lessons, and educational tools, to uplift and serve the community and abroad. She is a warrior for woman, and has no problem in putting her boots on the ground!
Dr. Jenkins loves the Lord, and lives by Isaiah 40:31, “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Dr. Jenkins attributes all of her accomplishments to the Lord of her life. She is committed to being a vessel and lifeline. Her prayer is that her walk, will inspire those around her to soar!
