Julia Mueller was awarded the HerStory Award at the National HerStory Award Ceremony of the Global Women's Peace Network on March 26, 2022, for her exemplary work to provide healing from the inside out and uplift others out of trauma based on her journey of overcoming unimaginable challenges.

Julia Mueller was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana

While attending college at Indiana University, she opened and trained wait staff for 8 restaurants in the tristate area. She was relocated to Phoenix, Az. To open, train staffs and manage the 9th restaurant within the same corporation. She was also the first woman food and beverage General Manager at The Pointe Five Star Resort in Phoenix. She owned a custom mountain bike building company in Moab, Utah before becoming an Executive Director of the Moab Area Chamber of Commerce and the first woman Executive Director of the Utah State Chamber Board also working with the 2002 Olympics and ran the Olympic Torch in Moab Utah.

Julia returned to school in 2003 after experiencing a horrific traumatic experience and became the owner of A Mind & Body Connection as a now, 20-year Clinical Hypnotherapist and Master Trainer of Hypnotherapy. Julia wanted to help others that had also suffered trauma, to reclaim their lives through intense healing on many levels.  She is an author, best-selling author and has opened private practices on the Gulf Coast of Florida, Sedona, Az., and most recently Bloomington, In., until her Bloomington office was shut down due to Covid.

Julia has expanded her business in the area of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, specializing in working with healing trauma which can affect one’s health showing up as chronic ailments, otherwise known as “Metabolic Chaos” ®.
